If, for any reason, you’re not thrilled with your results, we offer exchanges or alternatives to ensure your satisfaction. Contact our Dream Team for assistance.

DEVICE WARRANTY
Just Jenny stands behind every skincare device we sell with a one-year warranty. It must work as promised – and continue to work free of manufacturer defects – or you can exchange it for replacement within one year of receipt.

For all refunds, returns, and exchanges, proof of purchase is required.

 


 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Made a mistake with your purchase? Changed your mind or need to alter your order?

Order cancellations and changes can be initiated within 59 minutes of purchase; contact Hello@justjennybeauty.com for assistance.

Unfortunately, after 59 minutes, because we’re committed to the fastest possible order delivery, we’re unable to cancel your order.

However, you’re welcome to return unopened devices, as received, within 7 days of delivery for a refund of 30% of the purchase price, minus any return shipping fees. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and applied back to the original method of purchase.

If at any time during your 90-day satisfaction period you are unhappy with your progress, please contact our skincare consultants at Hello@justjennybeauty.com for personalized advice or to explore alternative approaches with our range of effective skincare products.

If you are unhappy with your serum or topical, we are happy to provide you with a free alternative serum to use, with no need to return your existing product.

If you are dissatisfied with your device, we will provide you with an exchange for any other device in our catalog.

 


 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Serums, Topicals, and Consumables:
Due to strict quality control measures, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for serums, topicals, moisturizers, cleansers, or other consumable products. We cannot guarantee that these products were stored properly or not tampered with after leaving our warehouse.

If you are unhappy with your serum or topical, please contact us to request a free alternative serum. We ask that you dispose of the product in accordance with your local laws and regulations.

Devices:
If you are unhappy with your device, we are happy to provide you with an exchange for any other device in our catalog of equal or lesser value to the device being replaced.

If you wish to return your device, we offer a 30% refund of your initial purchase price. The remaining funds cover return handling, shipment to our refurbishment center, device cleaning, testing, quality assurance, repackaging, and restocking.
